加拿大IB和AP program的区别

IB is harder/more stressful than AP.For me, I started studying for AP exams the month before and managed to get 5's.I had a friend in the IB program in high school, and she was way more stressed than I was because they learned 4 years of HS material in the first 2 years, and concentrated on IB in the last 2 years of HS. I'd do AP because universities treat AP and IB the same, and it's a lot less stressful.
